I have significant and extensive experience in strategic leadership and management in the public sector. Change management in complex environments is key to ensuring high quality service delivery and my skills have been extensively tested in leading change and engaging in conflict situations. I love supporting people in their own growth and have invested heavily in sector leading approaches to professional learning. As a mediator, I have significant background in resolving employment disputes in the workplace and in relationship challenges in a broad range of contexts. As an educationalist I have wide ranging skills in educational management, additional support needs, curriculum development, life long professional learning and resource deployment. I have worked in schools and local authorities in Scotland for over thirty years and am well equipped to support leadership development, coaching, mentoring and mediation.
